Susie Warner came to her mat 10 years ago and fell in love with her practice. Susie received her bachelor of arts in Psychology and early childhood education at Immaculata University in 2010. After college, she spent three years teaching Pre-K. During that time, she started to rely on her yoga practice to keep her mind and body balanced. Eventually, Susie enrolled in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and after one summer of teaching yoga, she decided to transition from teaching children to teaching yoga full-time.
She found that not only does yoga make your body feel wonderful, but it nourishes your soul. Susie loves sharing in the positive energy of the yoga community and is pleased to be guiding others in their practice and encouraging proper alignment and intentional breathing.
Susie has been teaching yoga for over 5 years, and she motivates students to find their comfort level while challenging their abilities. When not practicing or teaching yoga, Susie loves spending time with her husband and two young daughters in Chester County, PA.
