Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bulldog Online’s websites (bulldogonline.com and bulldogyoga.com) and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bulldog Online, LLC (“Bulldog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing to Bulldog Online, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a billing period
  • We may change subscription prices upon 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price
  • If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE

Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Standard plan: US$6.99/month. Premium plan: US$12.99/month. Annual plan: US$118.99/year. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
  • Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes, public performance, or any unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any content protection, digital rights management, or security measures
  • Use VPN, proxy, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or access limitations
  • Screen record, capture, or create derivative works from our streaming content
  • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes against legitimate charges
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service

Health & Safety Disclaimer

The content provided through the Service, including yoga classes, fitness workouts, and meditation sessions, is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. You acknowledge that you participate in all classes and activities entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service — including but not limited to videos, audio, images, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is owned by Bulldog Online or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated DMCA agent at [email protected] with the following information: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Mobile Application

The Bulldog Online mobile application provides access to the Service on supported mobile devices. The mobile application is a companion to the website and provides streaming access to your subscription content. The mobile application is subject to these Terms as well as the terms and policies of the platform from which you download it (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

Apple App Store. If you download the mobile application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Bulldog Online, not Apple. Bulldog Online, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product liability claims, any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, or claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Google Play. If you download the mobile application from Google Play, you acknowledge that Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the application or these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLDOG ONLINE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Bulldog each waive any right to a jury trial.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and, where practicable, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bulldog Online. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
