Meet Steve Wilson

Steve Wilson has been a professional fitness instructor and specialist for over 15 years. Steve completed his undergraduate degree at King’s College, where he also played Division III football as a defensive end from 1999-2002. While at King’s College, Steve was a three-time All Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC) selection and was named both the 2002 MAC Defensive “Player of the Year” and 2002 MAC “Player of the Year”. Steve was additionally named to the 2015 MAC Hall of Fame class. After college, Steve became a Powerlifting Competitor, Amateur Boxer and MMA Fighter, winning the 2005 Pennsylvania State Golden Glove Championship. Steve is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, TRX Instructor, FRC Mobility Specialist, FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Level 1, Kettlebell Athletics Level 1 and Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt. Steve currently owns and operates 8 Days Later Fitness, a physical fitness program and professional training facility, which includes physical training, nutrition and massage therapy.  Throughout his training and workout classes, Steve is driven by one goal – your success. His main goal is to find out what inspires his workout and training guests and students and use that energy for their success; their energy and drive becomes his inspiration. When not personal training or teaching group fitness in boxing, bootcamp and total body conditioning, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids at their New Jersey home.
