Haley Halteman is the first to say that she is not naturally flexible, and stretching used to be her nemesis. When she stopped playing sports post-college, she started practicing yoga to push herself out of her comfort zone, but she never would have believed back then that she would one day become a professional yoga teacher with over 5 years experience.
Haley believes she is proof of pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone and opening yourself up to a whole new world of possibilities. Haley is also proof that you don’t need to start off flexible to get into yoga!
Haley is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance with certifications in Power Yoga and Kids Yoga. Haley completed her Yoga Teacher Training through Power Yoga Works.
She also recently received her masters degree in nutrition therapy through the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO, and she is now a certified nutrition therapy practitioner. Growing up with both of her parents as chiropractors, from a young age, Haley had the privilege of seeing first-hand just how powerful the body is and its ability to heal itself when given the proper tools. Haley is extremely passionate about helping others find inspiration to live to a healthier life through yoga wellness and holistic nutrition. Haley is the owner of Free to Flourish, a holistic wellness service offering nutrition therapy consulting and private yoga instruction.
