Christine Mullen has been a professional fitness instructor for over 20 years. After completing her graduate studies at Temple University, Christine worked in corporate fitness before becoming an ACE certified personal trainer. She was a group exercise instructor at ACAC Fitness Club for over 13 years. Christine has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and she completed her 200-hour YTT at Verge Yoga in 2018. She loves yoga classes with some added heat (internal and external!) heat and great music. Christine also enjoys adding intervals to her yoga and fitness to raise the heart rate and build endurance. She encourages her students to be confident and feel accomplished in their fitness journey and regimen. She is additionally certified in Barre Intensity, Les Mills, Body Pump and CX works, Kettlebell fitness, Kickboxing, Bosu and Ugi balance ball training and Spinning. When not teaching fitness and yoga, Christine enjoys running and being an incredible mom to her three children.
