Yoga and fitness have been part of Linda Shikitino’s life for over 20 years. Linda is an E-RYT 200, specializing in Beginner Yoga and Power Yoga. Linda is additionally trained in Pilates, Tai Chi and Mindfulness. She has been teaching yoga for 15 years, and she brings a calming and light-hearted approach to all of her classes. Linda is passionate about sharing the tools she has gained from her yoga practice because they continue to transform her life both on and off the mat. Linda’s classes are challenging, encouraging, and joyful! Students can always count on leaving class with a sense of peace and well-being. Linda currently teaches yoga classes at Cabrini University.
