Kelly Bergh has been practicing yoga for over 5 years, and she has almost 3 year of experience as a professional yoga teacher. Looking for an emotional outlet in college, Kelly’s mom suggested she try a class on-campus. Kelly took her mom’s advice in 2016, and she was instantly hooked. She especially connected with Power Yoga and how its dynamic nature fit her physical energy level yet still offered stress relief and mental benefits.
After college, Kelly completed her Yoga Alliance 200-hour YTT with Allison Sobel Yoga (Paoli, PA) and additionally became a certified Meditation Teacher.
Kelly received her bachelor of arts in English from Elizabethtown College as well as her master of arts degree in English from Drexel University. Kelly is also an Editorial and Independent Publishing Professional, and she is the author and editor of our Bulldog Beat newsletter and the co-anchor of the Bulldog Yoga Online Youtube Channel. If you take a class with Kelly, you will feel that they are light-hearted, fun, unscripted, and welcoming!
Kelly also has a passion for kids and has taught yoga to kids at the Malvern Public Library as well as teens-only classes at bulldog yoga studios as part of her teaching career.
