Meet Jenny Lofaro

Throughout her life, Jenny Lofaro has immersed herself in all aspects of fitness. While studying at Lehigh University, she was named Outstanding Freshman Athlete in 2006 as a member of the rowing, cycling and rugby teams. In addition to being a multisport athlete, Jenny was Team Leader for Lehigh’s Steel Battalion (Army ROTC).  She additionally completed the Ranger Challenge in 2007 and was the only female member of the team to finish the rucksack race carrying her own equipment, as highlighted in Lehigh News

In 2009, she began her fitness instructor career by teaching yoga, spin, boot camp and aerobics.  Since then, she has additionally competed in Ironman Florida, XTERRA Triathlons and various other Half Ironman and Olympic distance races garnering multiple first place finishes. She has qualified for and competed in Half Ironman World Championships and USA Triathlon Age Group Nationals. Jenny holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, has competed in professional grappling fights and medaled in multiple national Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments.  

Jenny discovered yoga over 10 years ago as a complement to her extensive cross-training and endurance sports, especially to reduce injuries. She is an E-RYT 200, who received her yoga certification from Allison Sobel Yoga (Focus Fitness), and she specializes in Yin Yoga and Power Yoga.  She has previously taught cycle and yoga for LifeTime Fitness, floating and SUP yoga for Aqua Vida Yoga and worked as a personal fitness trainer for BodyX.  She owns a personal training business, No Regrets Training, where she teaches yoga, spin, and jiu-jitsu.  Jenny loves being a part of people’s journey to find their best and happiest self.  Jenny is currently a Lululemon Ambassador.
